ELEVATING TABLET DEDUSTER
In this Tablet Deduster, compressed Tablets received from the Tablet Press are conveyed upwards and the de-dusting is achieved through vibration.
On this Deduster, the tablets are gradually elevated upwards by adjustable vibration along perforated stainless steel tray to ensure that dust that is adhering to tablets is effectively discarded. Tablets free of dust, enhance performance in downstream operations like coating, bottle, strip or blister packaging.
All contact parts are made of Stainless Steel 316 Grade and non contact parts are made of Stainless Steel 304 Grade. The Deduster is also provided with a see through cover made of acrylic at the top of the unit. Vacuum nozzles are provided to remove dust through a Dust Collection / Extraction Machine (optional).
The Standard Deduster conveys/dusts the tablets for approx. 1 meter. A bigger model which conveys/dusts the tablets for approx. 3 meter is also available.
ELEVATING DEDUSTOR & METAL DETECTOR COMBO
The presence of very small/minute pieces of ferrous, non-ferrous or stainless steel metal particles inside compressed Tablets coming out of a Tablet Press can be detected through a Metal Detection Machine. These Tablets containing metal particles will be automatically rejected through a chute. The outlet of the Metal Detection Machine is connected to a Tablet Deduster unit where tablets are conveyed upwards and the de-dusting is achieved through vibration.

DUST COLLECTOR
Pharmachine offers ‘Dust Collector’ in an all Stainless Steel construction with contact part made of Stainless Steel 316 Grade (AISI quality) specifically for the Pharmaceutical Industry which enables drug and pharmaceutical manufacturers to maintain high GMP standards.
Wet mixing & dry blending, granulation, drying, sizing, tablet compression and tablet coating departments in the Pharmaceutical industry usually generate lot of dust causing not only hazards to operators working on the shop floor but at times are also responsible for cross contamination with different types of drugs. Therefore an efficient Dust Collection system helps to reduce cleaning and sanitation efforts on the part of the operators during batch/product change over.
Pharmachine uses high efficiency filters to stop 99.9% of the dust.
MULTI CHAMBER FEEDER
The Food Grade Gravity Feeder is manufactured from a food grade polymer, which not only minimises metal contamination but also eliminates black particles generated from metal feeders. The Multi Chamber design ensures that the die cavity is always covered with granules, the extrachambers make the granules move in a serpentine motion and increases filling time.
