BP 450 AD

ACG Pampac, presents deep draw blister packaging machines equipped with outstanding features offered for the first time in India.

The BP-450 machine has been specially developed to add value to your product with respect to packaging innovation and to optimise your investment in the machine and its change-parts. It can handle ampoules, vials, prefilled syringes, tubes and combination pack of syringe + ampoule, etc. up to a cavity depth of 28mm.

The BP-450 machine uses the proven vacuum forming technology with continuous film movement. The machine has less moving parts making it simple and more user friendly.

B MAX

ACG Pampac’s B MAX is a Platen sealing, continuous motion blister packing machine, capable of handling thermoform and cold form packaging films. The machine is cGMP compliant with a balcony design. B MAX has a patented rotary ‘Pick and Place’ system – an amalgamation of speed and precision with good, reject and overflow functions. The high speed ‘pick and place’ feature enables easy detection of faulty blisters while edge-to-edge cutting of the blister assures minimal loss of packaging material.

Powered by Servo technology, B MAX ensures accuracy, speed, power, and position time control that drastically reduces changeover time. It comes with 21 CFR Part 11 compliant hardware and software as a standard option and is an audit friendly machine with state-of-the-art control systems. This machine features the all new PACE feeder system, specifically designed to handle ‘challenging’ tablet shapes with ease.
